Sounds About Right

  • Melissa (my next-door apartment neighbor, via Facebook chat, while I was out): I am at The Mill.
  • Our downstairs neighbor is here.
  • At first I couldn't tell if it was him
  • but then he started talking.
  • And the voice matches.
  • Now he just moved so that we are facing each other.
  • It feels very awkward.
  • I will keep you apprised as to whether eye contact gets made.
  • He is talking on his phone very loudly.
  • I am embarrassed for him.
